1. How Your Personal Data May Be Processed

Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698, the personal data you share with errahome.com may be processed by us, in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically, provided that it is part of any data recording system, by obtaining, recording, storing, changing, or rearranging the data—in short, by any transaction performed on the data. Any transaction performed on the data within the scope of KVKK is considered "processing of personal data."

2. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data

Personal data you share,
• To be able to fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;

• To provide information to prosecutors, courts and relevant public officials on matters related to public security and legal disputes, upon request and in accordance with the legislation;

• To be able to offer a wide range of opportunities to our members or to share these opportunities with individuals or institutions that can offer them within the legal framework;

• To analyze advertising preferences, it will be processed in accordance with KVKK No. 6698 and relevant secondary regulations.

3. Information About Third Parties or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes stated above, the persons/organizations to whom your personal data that you have shared with errahome.com may be transferred are our main shareholders, our shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international affiliates; primarily, but not limited to, member companies using the errahome.com infrastructure and persons and organizations related to the service provided, program partner organizations, domestic/international organizations and other third parties and organizations from whom we receive services and cooperate in order to carry out our activities and/or as Data Processors.

4. How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Your personal data, • In the form of information such as name, surname, address, telephone, work or private e-mail address through the forms on the errahome.com website and mobile applications; preferences on the pages accessed using the user name and password, IP records of the transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser and data including browsing time and details, location data;

• In a physical or virtual environment, face to face or at a distance, verbally or in writing or electronically, received from persons who share their personal data with errahome.com for purposes such as establishing a commercial relationship, applying for a job, making an offer, etc., through business cards, resumes (CVs), making offers and other means;

• In addition, data obtained indirectly from different channels, from (micro) websites and social media used for web sites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns and similar purposes, e-bulletin reading or clicking movements, data provided by public databases, profiles and data open to sharing on social networking sites such as social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat etc.) can be processed and collected.

5. Your Personal Data Obtained Before the Entry into Force of the KVKK

Since errahome.com did not start publishing before April 7, 2016, which is the effective date of the KVKK, we do not have any personal data stored before this date.

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected through any of the methods listed above, to be processed in Türkiye or to be processed and stored outside Turkey, may also be transferred to service intermediaries located abroad (to countries accredited by the Personal Data Board and with adequate protection for the protection of personal data), provided that it remains within the scope of the KVKK and in accordance with the contractual purposes.

Your Personal Data;
• Our business partners with whom we collaborate and/or receive services to present and promote products and services,
• To the competent authorities who will determine your location in case of an emergency call for help,
• Regulatory and supervisory authorities, other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data,
• It may be transferred to legal entities that have a commercial relationship with errahome.com and have your phone number, when deemed necessary.

7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

errahome.com is obligated to protect the systems and databases that house your personal data, in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law, from unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, and to implement software and physical security measures, such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management, to ensure their safekeeping. If it becomes known that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation must be reported immediately, in accordance with legal regulations, and in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board.

8. Keeping Personal Data Current and Accurate

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law, errahome.com is obligated to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, errahome.com is required to share accurate and up-to-date data with our members or update it through the website/mobile app in order to fulfill its obligations arising from applicable legislation.

9. Rights of Personal Data Owners According to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 7, 2016, and pursuant to the relevant article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:

• Personal Data Owner can apply to errahome.com (data controller) and get information about himself/herself;

• Learning whether personal data is being processed,

• Request information regarding the processing of personal data,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

• To request that, in case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, these operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself, by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• In case of any damage caused due to unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

10. Contact and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by errahome.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located once the legal infrastructure is provided.

errahome.com may respond to requests submitted in writing or digitally, provided they are reasoned and responded to within 30 days. The necessary procedures for requests are essentially free of charge. However, if these procedures incur a cost, errahome.com reserves the right to charge a fee. These fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board according to the tariff set by Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

By sharing your personal data on our website, applications, and other channels, you hereby declare that you have accepted our Personal Data Policy and the terms and conditions set forth in our policy regarding processing, processing methods, data transfer, sale, and other related matters.
