  Valid only for bookings made without prior viewing. A 1-month rent credit will be applied to future bookings starting 30 to 180 days from the initial move-in date.
• 0-29 days before moving:
  Only valid for reservations made without viewing the apartment in advance. Valid for reservations that have already viewed the apartment. 1 month's rent penalty...

Ending your stay early (after moving out)

• If you terminate your stay with 30 days' written notice, no termination fee will be charged.
• The discount on the monthly fee will be adjusted based on the actual duration of your latest reservation or extension.
• The reservation fee is non-refundable.
